They allows to know the citizens opinion about the installation of a speed reducer for instance, or to organise a debate about video monitoring and privacy.
Online forms
"Au quotidien" allows to put a large choice of customised forms online. These forms give the citizens the ability to obtain informations or documents from the administration. These online forms replace paper forms printed by local authorities in many cases (wedding or birth certificate, death certificate...)
Forms will allow communication between diffenret entities within a particular community. For instance, a school who needs the city technical services (repair, support), will ask for it online, instead of using e paper form.
A form is not always the simple digitalisation of an existant paper form. Setting online forms is an appropriate time to think about some services organisation and to modernise them. Besides, offering several access means to a same service is always something positive from the citizens point of view.
Phone and SMS Informations
As an option, "Au quotidien" can be connected to phone (PSTN and mobile) networks, to send informations or alerts (fire, flood, storm...) to the citizens, as vocal messages or SMS.
