Hosting
The application is hosted on Entr'ouvert servers in Telehouse 2, Voltaire street in Paris, in our partner Oxymium bays. This solutions allows to be connected to an Internet backbone and to benefit from very high bandwith.
Our servers are hosted as follows :
- air-conditioned room and redundant power supply
- Access to the room controled by access list 24/7
- Video monitoring
- 24/7 guarding
- Inverter in a separate building to ensure power supply continuity
- Internet connexion via redundant canals of minimum 100 Mbps each

Entr'ouvert staff can physically access the center permanently and can create temporary access for their customers if necessary. This means we can intervene very quickly. Telehouse staff can, if asked, cope with so called 1 or 2 level operations (reboot, distant help) quite immediately.
The platform is accessible 24h/24, 365 days/year with a 99% availability.
